目的：探讨个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的影响。方法78例原发性高血压患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予个体化护理。观察两组患者血压控制效果及并发症的情况。结果观察组总有效率97.4%高于对照组的76.9%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心律失常、血肌酐水平升高发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理能够提高老年高血压患者血压控制效果，减少并发症的发生，值得临床借鉴。
목적：탐토개체화호리대노년고혈압환자혈압급병발증적영향。방법78례원발성고혈압환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각39례。대조조채용상규호리，관찰조급여개체화호리。관찰량조환자혈압공제효과급병발증적정황。결과관찰조총유효솔97.4%고우대조조적76.9%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조심률실상、혈기항수평승고발생솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개체화호리능구제고노년고혈압환자혈압공제효과，감소병발증적발생，치득림상차감。
Objective To investigate the influence of individualized nursing on blood pressure and complications in senile hypertension patients. Methods A total of 78 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received individualized nursing. Blood pressure control effects and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had the total effective rate as 97.4%, which was higher than 76.9%of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group also had higher incidences of arrhythmia and increased serum creatinine than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing can improve the control effect of blood pressure in senile hypertension patients and reduce complications. It is worth clinical reference.
