目的：探讨康复护理对周围神经修复再生的效果。方法选取我院骨科收治的120例周围神经损伤患者，根据患者意愿分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者给予康复护理，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理3月后神经修复再生情况。结果观察组损伤神经传导速度明显快于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组运动感觉神经优良率为91．67％明显高于对照组70．00％的优良率，两组比较有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论康复护理可改善损伤周围神经传导速度，提高神经功能恢复优良率，具有显著临床效果，值得在临床中推广应用。
목적：탐토강복호리대주위신경수복재생적효과。방법선취아원골과수치적120례주위신경손상환자，근거환자의원분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조환자급여강복호리，대조조급여상규호리。비교량조환자호리3월후신경수복재생정황。결과관찰조손상신경전도속도명현쾌우대조조，량조비교유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조운동감각신경우량솔위91．67％명현고우대조조70．00％적우량솔，량조비교유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론강복호리가개선손상주위신경전도속도，제고신경공능회복우량솔，구유현저림상효과，치득재림상중추엄응용。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the repairmen of peripheral nerve regeneration.Methods We selected 120 cases of peripheral nerve injury patients admitted to the department of orthopedics in our hospital, the patients were asked to divide into the observation group and the control group, the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing. Comparison of two groups of nerve repairmen and regeneration in patients with nursing after March.Results The observation group of injury of nerve conduction velocity was faster than the control group, the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05); The observation group motor and sensory nerve the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the 91.67%excellent and good rate was 70%in the control group, the two groups had statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing care can improve the conduction velocity of peripheral nerve injury, improve the nerve function recovery rate, has significant clinical effect, it is worth clinical application.
