外倾角与前束值匹配关系对车辆轮胎磨损及高速直线行驶稳定性有很大影响。采用多项式逐步回归方法分析车辆行驶里程与外倾角、前束值之间的函数关系,采用Adams/car建模分析车轮跳动对定位参数的影响并找出轮胎异常磨损的主要因素,运用双滑板侧滑试验得出车辆侧滑量最小时的前束值,并对外倾角和前束值进行了调整优化。

The matching relation between the camber angle and toe-in angle has a significant impact on tire wear and straight-line driving stability at high speeds. By using polynomial stepwise regression method, the paper analyzes the function relationship between the mileage and the camber angle or toe-in angle, and uses ADMAS/Car modeling to analyze the influence of tire runout on positional parameter and identify the main factors contributing the abnormal wear of tire. By using double skateboard sideslip test, we obtain the toe-in value at the minimum vehicle sideslip, meanwhile we also adjust and optimize the camber angle and toe-in angle.
