目的探讨晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间的相关性。方法选择在该院住院的69例肾病患者,同时对上述患者做晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值(Upro/Ucr)与24h尿蛋白定量(24h pro)测定。将进行晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值(Upro/Ucr)测定组作为实验组,24h尿蛋白定量(24h pro)测定组作为对照组。对其晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值(Upro/Ucr)与24h尿蛋白定量(24h pro)进行相关性分析,进行统计学处理。结果实验组Upro/Ucr与对照组24h pro比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Upro/Ucr和24h pro的相关性均较好。结论晨尿尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值和24h尿蛋白之间有良好的相关性。

Objective Discussion morning urine and urinary creatinine and 24-hour urine protein cor elation between urinary protein. Methods Select in the Hospital of 69 patients with kidney disease, and active patients with urinary protein in urine and urinary creatinine ratio (Upro/Ucr) and the 24 h urinary protein (24 h Pro). Urine protein in the urine and urinary creatinine ratio (Upro/Ucr), determination of groups as the experimental group, 24 h urine protein (24 h Pro) determination as the control group. Urine protein in their urine and urinary creatinine ratio (Upro/Ucr) and the 24 h urinary protein (24 h Pro) cor elation analysis, statistical treatment. Results 24 h Pro Upro/Ucr in the experimental group and the control group was statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05), the cor elation between two sets of Upro/Ucr and 24 h Pro are good. Conclusion Urine and urinary creatinine and 24-hour urine protein there is good cor elation between urinary protein.
