目的：通过对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎（ ulcerative colitis，UC）大鼠一般情况及结肠黏膜组织损伤的观察，探讨益气健脾止泻汤治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型的疗效。方法将雄性SD大鼠50只，随机分为正常组、模型组、益气健脾止泻汤高剂量组、益气健脾止泻汤低剂量组及柳氮磺胺吡啶（ SASP ）组。用苦寒泻下法复制脾虚型模型、2，4，6-三硝基苯磺酸（TNBS）／乙醇法复制UC模型后每日观察大鼠一般情况变化，并于给药15 d后摘取病变结肠，观察结肠黏膜损伤情况。结果与模型组比较，益气健脾止泻汤高剂量组损伤指数明显降低（P＜0．01）；SASP组损伤指数降低（P＜0．05）；益气健脾止泻汤低剂量组损伤指数降低，但无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。高剂量组与SASP组比较损伤指数稍低，但无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论益气健脾止泻汤能显著改善模型大鼠症状，减轻结肠黏膜炎症充血水肿等损伤状况，促进溃疡修复，具有较好的治疗作用。
목적：통과대비허형궤양성결장염（ ulcerative colitis，UC）대서일반정황급결장점막조직손상적관찰，탐토익기건비지사탕치료비허형궤양성결장염대서모형적료효。방법장웅성SD대서50지，수궤분위정상조、모형조、익기건비지사탕고제량조、익기건비지사탕저제량조급류담광알필정（ SASP ）조。용고한사하법복제비허형모형、2，4，6-삼초기분광산（TNBS）／을순법복제UC모형후매일관찰대서일반정황변화，병우급약15 d후적취병변결장，관찰결장점막손상정황。결과여모형조비교，익기건비지사탕고제량조손상지수명현강저（P＜0．01）；SASP조손상지수강저（P＜0．05）；익기건비지사탕저제량조손상지수강저，단무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。고제량조여SASP조비교손상지수초저，단무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론익기건비지사탕능현저개선모형대서증상，감경결장점막염증충혈수종등손상상황，촉진궤양수복，구유교호적치료작용。
Objective To observe effects of Yiqijianpizhixietang on histologic change in rats with ulcerative colitis ( UC ) complicated with Asthenia of Spleen.Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high-and low-dose yiqijianpizhixietang treated groups and sulfasalazine ( SASP) treated group,.The Asthenia of Spleen model was induced by diarrhea,which is made from medicine of bitter and cold.The UC model was induced by trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid ( TNBS) .Collecting specimen and observation damage situation of colonic mucosa tissue of rats,after administration for 15 days.Results Compared with model group, the damage index of rats colon mucosa in high-dose yiqijianpizhixietang treated groups and were significantly reduced (P<0.01);the damage index of sulfasalazine (SASP) treated group were reduced (P <0.05);the damage index of low-dose yiqijianpizhixietang treated groups and model group were different, but have no statistical significance (P>0.05).Compared with sulfasalazine (SASP) treated group, the damage index of high-dose treated groups were different, but had no statistical significance ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusions Yiqijianpizhixietang has the very good effect of treatment, which can significantly improve the damage situation of colonic mucosa tissue of rats with Ulcerative Colitis complicated with Asthenia of Spleen, and can promote ulcer's repairment.
