大海则煤矿主立井设计井深703.96m ,布置45t箕斗2对,箕斗高度22.2m ,正常提升时间74.4s ,休止时间45s ,1次循环时间119.4s。从工程投资、建设工期、技术可靠性和运行效率4个方面,对液压称重斗式定重装载装置和带式定重装载装置进行对比分析,对井筒箕斗定重装载系统设计进行优化,最终决定选用带式定重装载装置。

A designed depth of the mine main shaft in Dahaize Mine was 703.96m.Two pair of 45t skips would be set in the mine shaft.The skip height would be 22.2m ,a normal lifting time would be 74.4s , an inactivity time w ould be 45s and a cycle time w ould be 119.4s.From the aspects of the engineering investment ,construction period ,technical reliability and operation efficiency ,a comparison analysis was conducted between the hydraulic weighting type quantitative loading device and the belt type quantita‐tive loading device ,an optimization was conducted on the design of the skip quantitative loading system in the mine main shaft and the belt type quantitative loading device was finally selected.
