The paper sets out to explore an approach of fitting graduates’degree project into technologic service and needs of job market, to achieve teaching goals and promote the integration of colleges, research and enterprises. To meet social needs as well as following the trend of openness in teaching reform of higher vocational education, the pa-per suggests that colleges establish an open system for assignment of research topics, process monitoring and evaluation, and relevant framework organization and systematic guarantee.
