针对电动汽车滑行阻力系数的测量问题,通过道路试验提出了利用曲线拟合计算滚动阻力系数和空气阻力系数的方法。通过对空挡滑行试验数据的处理得到加速度与速度的函数关系曲线,并以最小二乘法曲线拟合的原理将其进行二次拟合;通过二次曲线方程计算出电动汽车的滚动阻力系数和空气阻力系数,并对两阻力系数进行统计和分析;通过对试验数据的分析确定某电动汽车最高车速、最大加速度和0~100 km/h加速时间,并利用计算结果对其动力性能进行测试,验证了两阻力系数测定方法的有效性。

A curve fitting method to calculate rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient for the electric vehicles is proposed via road test. A function relation curve of acceleration and velocity are obtained by the data of coasting in neutral and the curve is fitted through the principle of least squares curve fitting. The rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient of electric vehicles are calculated and analyzed by the quadratic curve equation. The maximum speed, maximum acceleration and acceleration time of (0~100) km/h are determined by analyzing road test data. The results of calculation are used to test its dynamic performance, validity of the measurement method of the rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient is validated.
