目的：探讨闭合式冲洗引流法治疗严重坏死性筋膜炎的可行性。方法回顾性分析2例采用闭合式冲洗引流治疗的严重坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料。结果2例严重坏死性筋膜炎患者均经过闭合式冲洗引流后治愈，未发生继发感染和皮肤缺损等并发症。病灶延伸至右下肢的患者随访1年时仍遗留轻度有肢体麻木和行走后肿胀等后遗症。结论对部分坏死性筋膜炎患者行闭合式多点冲洗引流法治疗有一定的优越性。
목적：탐토폐합식충세인류법치료엄중배사성근막염적가행성。방법회고성분석2례채용폐합식충세인류치료적엄중배사성근막염환자적림상자료。결과2례엄중배사성근막염환자균경과폐합식충세인류후치유，미발생계발감염화피부결손등병발증。병조연신지우하지적환자수방1년시잉유류경도유지체마목화행주후종창등후유증。결론대부분배사성근막염환자행폐합식다점충세인류법치료유일정적우월성。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of closed irrigation and drainage for patients with severe necrotizing fasciitis. Methods The clinical data of two cases of severe necrotizing fasciitis treated with closed irrigation and drainage were reviewed,retrospectively. Results Two patients with se-vere necrotizing fasciitis were cured after closed irrigation and drainage. No complications such as infec-tions and skin defects happened. One-ear follow-up showed that sequelae such as numbness and swelling still remained in a female patient with lesions of the right lower limb. Conclusion For some of the pa-tients with necrotizing fasciitis,closed treatment with multi-point irrigation and drainage has certain advan-tages.
