重庆融创·凯旋路项目A区1#、2#(3#)楼为超B级高度剪力墙结构,底部较大范围两层通高。采用satwe和midas building两款软件进行了小震反应谱下的各项指标的分析对比;采用midas building软件进行了小震弹性时程分析;采用SAUSAGE软件进行了大震动力弹塑性时程分析;对穿层墙进行了针对性的补充验算;并对结构构件提出了针对性的加强措施。

The shear wall structure with height over B level, with two storeys of the same height at the bottom, is applied in 1#、2# (3#)floor, Part A of a project in Chongqing. The two soft wares of sat-we and mid-as building are adopted to analyze and compare the indexes under small earthquake elastic time analysis;mid-as building to analyze small earthquake elastic time;SAUSAGE to analyze the big earthquake dynamic elastic time;extra calculation is done on puncturing layer wall, with related reinforcement measures presented for structural elements.
