应用广泛的浅埋连拱隧道中隔墙先行实施技术,是隧道成功实施的先决条件。阆中东山隧道地质以软质岩为主,易出现基础承载力不足、侧壁坍塌,在中隔墙实施过程中,掘进采用光面爆破技术、基础注浆锚杆、墙顶空隙注浆、型钢花架支撑防止偏压等针对性措施,使中隔墙顺利实施,为隧道正洞掘进创造了条件。
應用廣汎的淺埋連拱隧道中隔牆先行實施技術,是隧道成功實施的先決條件。閬中東山隧道地質以軟質巖為主,易齣現基礎承載力不足、側壁坍塌,在中隔牆實施過程中,掘進採用光麵爆破技術、基礎註漿錨桿、牆頂空隙註漿、型鋼花架支撐防止偏壓等針對性措施,使中隔牆順利實施,為隧道正洞掘進創造瞭條件。
응용엄범적천매련공수도중격장선행실시기술,시수도성공실시적선결조건。랑중동산수도지질이연질암위주,역출현기출승재력불족、측벽담탑,재중격장실시과정중,굴진채용광면폭파기술、기출주장묘간、장정공극주장、형강화가지탱방지편압등침대성조시,사중격장순리실시,위수도정동굴진창조료조건。
The partition technology in shallow buried multi arch tunnel is the prerequisite for the successful implementation of the tunnel. Dongshan tun-nel in Langzhong, soft rock based, is victim to weak foundation bearing capacity and lateral wall collapse, so in the partition walls implementation pro-cess, smooth blasting excavation technology, foundation grouting bolt, void grouting in wall top, steel flower support for anti-bias are adopted to guaran-tee the smooth implementation of septal wall for tunnel excavation.
