目的研究并讨论青光眼视神经萎缩的临床治疗。方法选自我院80例青光眼视神经萎缩患者，随机分为两组，对照组40例患者接受常规西医治疗，而研究组40例患者在常规治疗基础上给予中医组方治疗，对患者进行临床疗效分析。结果研究组的总有效率为95.0%；显著高于对照组的总有效率为72.5%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者的视野光敏度、视野缺损、眼底c/d水平差异无统计学意义(>0.05)；治疗后，研究组的视野光敏度、视野缺损、眼底c/d水平差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗效是显著的，这种方法使得患者的治疗更为安全，具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study and discuss the clinical treatment of glaucoma optic atrophy.Methods Selected from our hospital 80 cases of glaucoma optic atrophy patients, randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment, while the study group 40 patients were given TCM prescription therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, the clinical curative ef ect analysis of patients. Results The study group the total ef iciency of 95%;control group, the total ef iciency is substantial y higher than 72.5%, with statistical significance ( <0.05);before the treatment, no statistical significance in the two groups of patients vision photosensitivity, visual field defect, fundus c/d level dif erence ( >0.05);after the treatment, the study group vision photosensitive degree, visual field defect, fundus c/d level significantly, with statistical significance ( < 0.05).Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine curative ef ect is remarkable, this method makes the patient's treatment is more safe, clinical value.
