本文根据新形势的要求，从把握马克思主义科学人才观、坚持党管人才原则、落实党的群众路线、突出时代特点、加强党的自身建设出发，提出了增强高知识群体思想政治教育的针对性、管理工作的实效性、文化认同的示范性和高知识群体党员队伍建设的自觉性的工作对策。
本文根據新形勢的要求，從把握馬剋思主義科學人纔觀、堅持黨管人纔原則、落實黨的群衆路線、突齣時代特點、加彊黨的自身建設齣髮，提齣瞭增彊高知識群體思想政治教育的針對性、管理工作的實效性、文化認同的示範性和高知識群體黨員隊伍建設的自覺性的工作對策。
본문근거신형세적요구，종파악마극사주의과학인재관、견지당관인재원칙、락실당적군음로선、돌출시대특점、가강당적자신건설출발，제출료증강고지식군체사상정치교육적침대성、관리공작적실효성、문화인동적시범성화고지식군체당원대오건설적자각성적공작대책。
To meet the need of the present situation,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as to how to make the work to the point,such as the political education of the higher education intellectuals,the ef-fectiveness of management,the model demonstration of cultural recognition,the self-consciousness of team construc-tion among the higher education Party members intellectuals.The paper throughout centers on the scientific outlook on talents of Marxism,sticks to the principle of placing cadres under Party supervision,implements Party's mass line,highlights the characteristics of the era,strengthens the Party's self construction.
