介绍了酸洗废气的产生机理、与燃煤烟气的区别以及现有处理方法等,其中SCR法具有脱硝效率高、运行稳定的优点,逐步被钢铁企业所使用。但是由于SCR废气处理系统多沿用燃煤烟气的处理工艺,存在运行成本高以及处理效果无法满足新的排放标准等缺点,需要对催化剂以及还原剂进行优化。采用新的低温催化剂和液氨作为还原剂后,不仅运行费用有所降低,而且氮氧化物排放浓度低于新标准要求。

The generating mechanism of the waste gas from pickling, the difference be-tween waste gas from pickling and coal flue gas and existing treatment methods were intro-duced. The SCR method has been gradually adopted by steel enterprises for its advantages of high efficiency in removing NOX and stable operation. As the SCR waste gas treatment system mostly made use of the conventional treatment process for old coal flue gas, however, it has the disadvantages of high operating cost and the treatment results falling short of new emission standard, which make it necessary to optimize the catalysts and reductants. After using a new-type low temperature catalysts and liquid ammonia as the reductants, the operation cost has been reduced and the discharged concentration of NOX has also been below the new standard.
