目的：了解我国居民健康信息素养水平及其影响因素，为制定卫生政策和健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段与人口规模成比例抽样（PPS 抽样）方法，对全国31个省（区、市）336个监测点非集体居住的15～69岁常住人口进行调查，以问卷调查方式对调查对象健康信息素养水平进行测评。结果2012年健康素养监测共调查全国15～69岁常住人口102985人，收回有效问卷98448份，有效率为95．59％。其中，城市人口占44．32％，农村人口占55．68％；男性占51．72％，女性占48．28％。2012年我国居民健康信息素养水平的点估计值为18．16％，其95％可信区间为17．81％～18．52％。城市居民为23．67％，高于农村居民的15．08％；东部地区居民为21．42％，高于中部地区居民的18．52％，高于西部地区居民的13．11％；男性为18．06％，略低于女性的18．27％。多因素 Logistic 回归分析结果显示：以东部地区居民为参照组，西部地区居民健康信息素养水平较低，OR 值为0．656（95％CI：0．532～0．807），中部地区居民与参照组的差异无统计学意义；女性健康信息素养水平高于男性，OR 值为1．060（95％CI：1．012～1．109）；文化程度越高，健康信息素养水平越高，以不识字／少识字者为参照，小学、初中、高中／职高／中专、大专／本科及以上文化程度者具备健康信息素养的 OR 值分别为1．711（95％CI：1．243～2．354）、2．540（95％CI：1．818～3．550）、4．672（95％CI：3．385～6．447）和7．652（95％CI：5．422～10．798）。结论我国居民健康信息素养水平较低，其中西部地区居民、男性、文化程度较低者是健康教育的重点人群。

Objective To understand the status and its influencing factors of health information literacy in China, to explore the method for improving the health information literacy.Methods Using stratified multi-stage and PPS sampling method,the permanent resident population aged 15 -69 years old,from 336 monitor districts of 31 provinces,were investi-gated with questionnaire about health information literacy.Results In 2012 Chinese residents health literacy monitoring, 102 985 permanent resident population aged 15 -69 years old were investigated.98 448 valid questionnaires were analyzed, and the valid rate was 95.59%.Among them,44.32% were urban residents,55.68% were rural residents;51.72% were male,48.28% were female.The results of monitoring showed that the level of health information literacy was 18.16%(95%CI:17.81 -18.52).The level of health information literacy of urban residents was 23.67%,higher than that of ru-ral residents,which was 15.08%.The health information literacy level was 21.42% in eastern area residents,higher than that in the central area and western area residents which were 18.52% and 13.11%,respectively.The level was 18.06% in male,slightly lower than that in female,which was 18.27%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed:comparing to the eastern area residents,the western area residents had lower health information literacy level,the OR value was 0.656 (95%CI:0.532 -0.807);the female had higher health information than the male,the OR value was 1.060 (95%CI:1.012 -1.109);the higher education degree,the higher health information literacy level,comparing to the illiterate /less literate people,the people in education level of primary school,middle school,high school,college and above had higher health information literacy,OR values were 1.711 (95%CI:1.243 -2.354),2.540 (95%CI:1.818 -3.550),4.672 (95%CI:3.385 -6.447)and 7.652 (95%CI:5.422 -10.798),respectively.Conclusion The level of health infor-mation literacy of the residents was low in China.The western area residents,the male and the low education population are key population of health education.
