目的：研究钙磷脂结合蛋白Ⅱ( AnnexinⅡ)在食管鳞癌及癌旁组织中的表达，分析其与食管鳞癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测AnnexinⅡ在41例食管鳞癌组织及配对的癌旁组织、10例正常胃组织中的表达。结果 AnnexinⅡ蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织及正常组织，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管鳞癌组织中Annexin Ⅱ的表达水平与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结是否转移相关(P<0.05)，而与年龄、性别、浸润深度、临床分期无关(均P>0.05)。结论AnnexinⅡ的表达在食管鳞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用，有望作为食管鳞癌诊治的新靶点。
목적：연구개린지결합단백Ⅱ( AnnexinⅡ)재식관린암급암방조직중적표체，분석기여식관린암림상병리특정간적관계。방법응용면역조화법검측AnnexinⅡ재41례식관린암조직급배대적암방조직、10례정상위조직중적표체。결과 AnnexinⅡ단백재식관린암조직중적표체명현고우암방조직급정상조직，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。식관린암조직중Annexin Ⅱ적표체수평여종류분화정도급림파결시부전이상관(P<0.05)，이여년령、성별、침윤심도、림상분기무관(균P>0.05)。결론AnnexinⅡ적표체재식관린암적발생、발전과정중기중요작용，유망작위식관린암진치적신파점。
Objective To expcore the expression and clinical significance of AnnexinⅡin esophageal squa-mous cell cancer and analyze the relationship between AnnexinⅡand clinicopathological features. Methods Im-munohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AnnexinⅡamong 41 matched pairs of esophageal squa-mous cell cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal esophageal tissues. Results There were obviously differences in the expression of AnnexinⅡin esophageal squamous cell cancer tissues, circa-cancerous tissues and normal esoph-ageal tissues(P<0. 05). In the specimens of esophageal squamous cell cancer, expression of AnnexinⅡrelated to cell differentiation of tumors and metastasis of lymph node, no relation to age, sex, depth of invasion and clinical stage(P>0. 05). Conclusions The expressions of AnnexinⅡhad important effect in development and growth in esophageal squamous cell cancer, and might become a diagnosis index and treating target in clinic treatment.
