宣钢炼铁厂各高炉炉前均采用水冲渣工艺,既可保证高炉按时放渣又可缩短渣沟的总长度,减轻炉前放渣操作和下渣操作的劳动强度。但是由于渣沟漏水等原因,造成水利用失衡,针对水利用失衡采取了改造措施,并进行了技术总结。

The blast furnaces at Xuanhua Steel all adopted water slag washing process, to ensure timely slag tapping from the furnaces, shorten the overall length of the slag pits and reduce the labor intensity of slag tapping and roughing operation. But problems such as water leakage in the slag pits caused misbalance of water utilization. Improvement measures were taken to tackle the problem of water utilization misbalance and technical summarization was also performed.
