目的探讨预防老年血液透析永久性置管伤口局部感染，延长永久性置管的时间[1]。减轻老年血液透析患者的痛苦，有助于提高其生活质量。方法选择2012年5月~2014年5月老年血液透析患者40例，年龄60~80岁，观察者20例，对照组20例。进行换药2~3次/w，每次治疗后用碘伏擦拭导管部分及置管处10cm范围内皮肤进行消毒护理，然后盖上优韧宁固定好导管。对照组同法消毒后用棉签蘸少量百多邦软膏均匀涂抹导管出口周围皮肤。盖上优韧宁固定好导管。结果在40例的老年透析永久性置管老年透析患者通过观察组应用百多邦软膏的预防导管出口处感染较对照组未使用百多邦软膏的预防导管出口处感染提高。两组之间比较其差异具有统计学意义（<0.05)。结论在血液透析老年患者永久性置管伤口护理中，百多邦软膏抗菌谱广，对各种革兰氏阳性菌、绿浓杆菌高度敏感，局部疗效肯定，操作简单易学，局部作用时间长，他对导管出口处感染有一定的预防作用。采用百多邦软膏进行置管口外搽能有效降低置管口的感染率。

Conclusion In elderly patients with permanent hemodialysis catheter during wound care, Bactroban ointment broad antibacterial spectrum, high sensitivity to a variety of gram positive bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, local curative ef ect, simple operation, the local ef ect long, he to the catheter exit site infection have a certain preventive ef ect. With Bactroban ointment tube extraoral paint can ef ectively reduce the infection rate of indwel ing pipe.
