目的：观察布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂吸入治疗中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效。方法将80例中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，各40例。对照组进行常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。观察两组患者肺功能、动脉血气、临床症状评分变化。结果治疗组患者肺功能、动脉血气分析、临床症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入治疗，能够改善其肺功能，并缓解临床症状。
목적：관찰포지내덕/복막특라분흡입제흡입치료중、중도만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자적료효。방법장80례중、중도만성조새성폐질병환자수궤분위대조조화치료조，각40례。대조조진행상규치료。치료조재상규치료적기출상가포지내덕/복막특라분흡입제치료。관찰량조환자폐공능、동맥혈기、림상증상평분변화。결과치료조환자폐공능、동맥혈기분석、림상증상평분균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론중、중도만성조새성폐질병환자사용포지내덕/복막특라분흡입치료，능구개선기폐공능，병완해림상증상。
Objective To observe the curative effect by budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group contained 40 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, and the treatment group received additional budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation for treatment. Changes of pulmonary function, arterial blood gases, and clinical symptoms score of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment group had better pulmonary function, arterial blood gases, and clinical symptoms score than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can improve their pulmonary function and relieve clinical symptoms.
