目的:分析缺血性脑卒中患者采用川芎嗪与血栓通联合治疗的效果。方法120例缺血性脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分成观察组(60例,给予血栓通治疗)和对照组(60例,给予川芎嗪+血栓通治疗)两组。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经临床治疗发现,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经功能缺损和Barthel评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者采用血栓通与川芎嗪联合治疗可有效改善患者的临床疗效,颇具临床价值。

목적:분석결혈성뇌졸중환자채용천궁진여혈전통연합치료적효과。방법120례결혈성뇌졸중환자,채용수궤수자표법분성관찰조(60례,급여혈전통치료)화대조조(60례,급여천궁진+혈전통치료)량조。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과경림상치료발현,관찰조환자적치료총유효솔위93.3%,대조조위80.0%,관찰조고우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조환자적신경공능결손화Barthel평분균우우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조환자치료후적혈청C반응단백(CRP)하강정도우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론결혈성뇌졸중환자채용혈전통여천궁진연합치료가유효개선환자적림상료효,파구림상개치。
Objective To analyze the effect of ligustrazine combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke were divided by random number table into observation group (60 cases, receiving Xueshuantong for treatment) and control group (60 cases, receiving ligustrazine+Xueshuantong for treatment). Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Clinical treatment showed that the total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, and that of control group was 80.0%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had higher national institutes of health stroke scale and Barthel scores than the control group (P<0.05), and the observation group had better decrease degree of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) after treatment than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of ligustrazine combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of ischemic stroke can effectively improve clinical effect, and this method contains huge clinical value.
