针对球团环冷机存在回转体跑偏、隔断门易损坏、水封漏水、热平衡失调等问题,从操作工艺、耐火材料的结构、设备本身存在的问题等方面进行分析,通过对环冷机轨道加固、受料库结构的改进、隔断墙改进等一系列措施加以改进,收到良好效果。实施后效果表明,改进后的环冷机运行平稳,链窑系统内热平衡状态良好,煤气的消耗量大幅度降低,生产线更加趋于稳定。
針對毬糰環冷機存在迴轉體跑偏、隔斷門易損壞、水封漏水、熱平衡失調等問題,從操作工藝、耐火材料的結構、設備本身存在的問題等方麵進行分析,通過對環冷機軌道加固、受料庫結構的改進、隔斷牆改進等一繫列措施加以改進,收到良好效果。實施後效果錶明,改進後的環冷機運行平穩,鏈窯繫統內熱平衡狀態良好,煤氣的消耗量大幅度降低,生產線更加趨于穩定。

The problems of the revolving mechanism running off-track, damage of the partition door, leakage of water sealing and thermal misbalance in the pellet circular cooler were analyzed from the aspects of operation process, refractory structure and the equipment it-self. Good results were achieved after taking improvement measures including reinforcement of the cooler tracks, optimization of incoming material structure and modification of the partition door. The upgraded circular cooler has operated stably, thermal balance has been obtained in the chain oven, gas consumption significantly reduced and the production line run more steadily.
