目的:利用2012年中国居民健康素养监测数据,分析教师的健康素养水平现状及影响因素。方法选择2012年居民健康素养监测中“职业”填写为“教师”者作为调查对象。结果2012年中国居民健康素养监测中职业为教师的调查对象共1778人,男性815人(45.84%),女性963人(54.16%)。调查对象的总体健康素养水平为18.50%;男性为17.55%,女性为19.31%。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养水平分别为35.49%、19.91%和22.78%;科学健康观素养为51.57%、传染病防治素养为27.33%、慢性病防治素养为17.77%、安全与急救素养为60.80%、基本医疗素养为12.88%、健康信息素养为31.55%。以西部地区为参照,东部地区教师健康素养水平较高(OR =1.666,95%CI:1.180~2.351)。以初中文化程度为参照,高中/职高/中专和大专/本科及以上教师健康素养水平的 OR 值分别为3.293(95%CI:1.572~6.897)和5.709(95%CI:2.813~11.589)。以家庭年收入24000元及以下为参照,家庭年收入在60000元以上者健康素养水平较高(OR =2.503,95%CI:1.627~3.852)。结论教师的健康素养水平高于普通居民,地区、文化程度和家庭收入是教师健康素养水平的影响因素。

Objective Based on data of health literacy monitoring of Chinese residents on 2012,to analyze the status and influencing factors of health literacy among teachers.Methods Selected objects whose occupation filled in as teacher from health literacy monitoring of Chinese residents.Results The total objects was 1778 whose occupation filled in as teacher among health literacy monitoring of Chinese residents.Among them,815 (45.84%)males and 963 (54.16%) females.The overall level of health literacy among teachers was 18.50% on 2012.Among which,17.55% for males and 19.31% for females.The literacy of basic knowledge and ideas,heathy living style and behavior,basic heathy skill was 35.49%,19.91% and 22.78%,respectively.The literacy of scientific health perspectives,infectious disease prevention and control,chronic diseases prevention and control,safety and first aid,primary medical care and health information was 51.57%,27.33%,17.77%,60.80%,12.88% and 31.55%,respectively.Compared with the west region,the health literacy of teachers in east region was higher (OR =1.666,95%CI:1.180 -2.351).Compared with middle-school educa-tional level,the OR of health literacy of teachers with high-school and junior college educational level were 3.293 (95%CI:1.572 -6.897)and 5.709 (95%CI:2.813 -11.589).Compared with annual household income of 24 000 Yuan and be-low,the health literacy of teachers with annual household income of 60 000 Yuan and above was higher (OR =2.503, 95%CI:1.627 -3.852).Conclusion The health literacy of teachers was higher than that of ordinary residents.Region, educational level and household income were the influencing factors of the health literacy among teachers.
