目的：探讨预防血液净化股静脉置管相关性血流感染有效的护理方法。方法把120例需要股静脉置管的患者分为实验组（75例）和对照组（45例），实验组采用特殊干预护理措施，对照组采用普通干预护理。采用χ2检验分析相关数据。结果与对照组相比，实验组患者的血液感染率明显减少，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．143，P＜0．05）。结论在血液净化中，特殊干预护理法能明显减少股静脉置管相关性的血流感染，值得推广。
목적：탐토예방혈액정화고정맥치관상관성혈류감염유효적호리방법。방법파120례수요고정맥치관적환자분위실험조（75례）화대조조（45례），실험조채용특수간예호리조시，대조조채용보통간예호리。채용χ2검험분석상관수거。결과여대조조상비，실험조환자적혈액감염솔명현감소，차이유통계학의의（χ2＝5．143，P＜0．05）。결론재혈액정화중，특수간예호리법능명현감소고정맥치관상관성적혈류감염，치득추엄。
Objective To explore two nursing method to prevent femoral vein catheter-related bloodstream infections in blood purification, and find a more effective nursing method to prevent femoral vein catheter-related bloodstream infections in blood purification.Methods 120 patients who needed cannulation of Femoral Vein were divided into the experimental group ( 75 cases ) and control group ( 45 cases ) , the experimental group were used special nursing intervention , while control group only use routine nursing intervention.The data analysis was used chi-square test.Results The effectiveness of experimental group was significantly better than control group,the differences have statistical significance (χ2 =5.143,P <0.05). Conclusions It has clear advantage that special nursing intervention to prevent femoral vein catheter-related bloodstream infections in blood purification, it is worth generalization.
