目的:分析血脂异常对腹膜透析患者超滤衰竭的影响。方法:选取本院收治的80例接受腹膜透析患者为研究对象,且均接受腹膜透析治疗超过12个月,对患者ALB(白蛋白)、Hb(血红蛋白)、T-ch(总胆固醇)、TG(三酰甘油)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)、BUN(尿素氮)、Cr(肌酐)、GIu(血糖)水平进行测量,计算患者肾功能,并详细记录两组患者透析时间。根据患者血脂情况将其分为血脂异常组39例与血脂正常组41例,比较两组患者透析超滤衰竭发生率;根据患者超滤情况分为超滤衰竭组22例与超滤正常组58例,比较两组患者肾功能、血脂水平、GIu、ALB及Hb之间的差异。结果:通过本次观察可以看出,血脂异常组患者腹膜透析超滤衰竭发生率高于血脂正常组;超滤衰竭组透析时间多于超滤正常组;超滤衰竭组舒张压、收缩压均高于超滤正常组;超滤衰竭组的T-Ch、TG水平高于超滤正常组,超滤衰竭组HDL-C水平明显低于超滤正常组,组间经对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血脂异常是引发患者出现腹膜透析超滤衰竭的重要因素之一,且血脂异常患者发生腹膜透析超滤衰竭与高TG、T-Ch水平、低HDL-C水平有密切关系。

목적:분석혈지이상대복막투석환자초려쇠갈적영향。방법:선취본원수치적80례접수복막투석환자위연구대상,차균접수복막투석치료초과12개월,대환자ALB(백단백)、Hb(혈홍단백)、T-ch(총담고순)、TG(삼선감유)、LDL-C(저밀도지단백)、HDL-C(고밀도지단백)、BUN(뇨소담)、Cr(기항)、GIu(혈당)수평진행측량,계산환자신공능,병상세기록량조환자투석시간。근거환자혈지정황장기분위혈지이상조39례여혈지정상조41례,비교량조환자투석초려쇠갈발생솔;근거환자초려정황분위초려쇠갈조22례여초려정상조58례,비교량조환자신공능、혈지수평、GIu、ALB급Hb지간적차이。결과:통과본차관찰가이간출,혈지이상조환자복막투석초려쇠갈발생솔고우혈지정상조;초려쇠갈조투석시간다우초려정상조;초려쇠갈조서장압、수축압균고우초려정상조;초려쇠갈조적T-Ch、TG수평고우초려정상조,초려쇠갈조HDL-C수평명현저우초려정상조,조간경대비,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:혈지이상시인발환자출현복막투석초려쇠갈적중요인소지일,차혈지이상환자발생복막투석초려쇠갈여고TG、T-Ch수평、저HDL-C수평유밀절관계。
Objective:To analyze the impact of dyslipidemia ultrafiltration failure in peritoneal dialysis patients. Method:80 patients in our hospital with peritoneal dialysis were selected for the study, and treated with peritoneal dialysis treatment over 12 months, the patients’ ALB (albumin), Hb (hemoglobin), T-ch (total cholesterol), TG (triglycerides), LDL-C (low density lipoprotein), HDL-C (high density lipoprotein), BUN (blood urea nitrogen),Cr (creatinine),and GIu (glucose) levels were measured to calculate the renal function in patients and detailed records of the two groups of dialysis time.According to their lipid results will be divided into two groups, dyslipidemia group of 39 cases, and lipid control group of 41 cases, the incidence of dialysis ultrafiltration failure were compared; patients were divided into ultrafiltration failure group of 22 cases and ultrafiltration normal group of 58 cases, two groups’ patients with kidney function, blood lipid levels, GIu, ALB and Hb were compared.Result:Through this observation can be seen, dyslipidemia ultrafiltration failure in peritoneal dialysis patients were higher than normal lipid group; ultrafiltration failure group’s ultrafiltration dialysis time for longer than the normal group; ultrafiltration failure group’s diastolic and systolic blood pressure were higher than the normal group; ultrafiltration failure group’s T-Ch and TG levels were higher than normal ultrafiltration group, ultrafiltration failure group HDL-C levels was significantly lower than the ultrafiltration normal group, compared the two groups, the differences were statistically significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with dyslipidemia are caused by one of the important factors of ultrafiltration failure in peritoneal dialysis, and dyslipidemia of patients with peritoneal dialysis of ultrafiltration failure has the close relationship with high TG, T-Ch levels,and low HDL-C levels.
