我国制造企业的境外并购从2007年起呈现加速态势，本文从我国的324家制造业企业境外并购的时间进程、细分行业特征以及区位分布方面分析其境外并购活动，发现我国制造企业的境外并购在时机和区域的选择上主要是受产业性质和全球经济环境等因素的影响，机械和设备制造业是进行境外并购活动最多的行业，欧美国家企业是我国制造企业进行境外并购的主要目标。

Cross-border M&A by Chinese manufacturing enterprises has been increasing dramatically since 2007 .The paper analyzed cross -border M&A activities of 324 Chinese manufacturing enterprises mainly from the perspective of time process , sub-industry characteristics and locational distribution .We found that the nature of the industry and the global economic environment are the main factors that influence the merger time and target locations of Chinese manufac -turing enterprises , machinery and equipment manufacturing industry have the most times in involving in cross -border merger and acquisition , the European and American firms are the main targets of cross -border M&A by Chinese manu-facturing enterprises .
