目的：探讨七氟醚对妇科腹腔镜患者肺功能和血清中白细胞介素-1β（ IL-1β）的影响。方法妇科腹腔镜手术患者40例，随机分为对照组（ P组）和七氟醚组（ S组），每组20例，记录七氟醚吸入前（T1）、气腹后60 min（T2）和气腹结束（T3）时PaCO2、Ppeak和PETCO2的变化，并检测血清中IL-1β的含量。结果与T1比较，T2时PaCO2、Ppeak和PETCO2显著升高（P＜0．05），同一时间点，组间无显著差异（P＞0．05）；S组T2、T3时血清中IL-1β的含量均显著低于P组（P＜0．05）。结论七氟醚能降低血清中IL-1β的含量，减少炎症反应，具有一定的肺保护作用。
목적：탐토칠불미대부과복강경환자폐공능화혈청중백세포개소-1β（ IL-1β）적영향。방법부과복강경수술환자40례，수궤분위대조조（ P조）화칠불미조（ S조），매조20례，기록칠불미흡입전（T1）、기복후60 min（T2）화기복결속（T3）시PaCO2、Ppeak화PETCO2적변화，병검측혈청중IL-1β적함량。결과여T1비교，T2시PaCO2、Ppeak화PETCO2현저승고（P＜0．05），동일시간점，조간무현저차이（P＞0．05）；S조T2、T3시혈청중IL-1β적함량균현저저우P조（P＜0．05）。결론칠불미능강저혈청중IL-1β적함량，감소염증반응，구유일정적폐보호작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane on pulmonaryfunction and IL-1βin serum of gynecological laparoscopy in patients.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into sevoflurane group (group S, n=20), control group (group P, n=20), before anesthesia(T1), 60min after pneumoperitoneum (T2) and pneumoperitoneum end(T3), PaCO2, Ppeak and PETCO2 were recorded, the changes of the contents of IL-1βin serum were detected.Results PaCO2 , Ppeak and PET CO2 were higher at T2 than that at T1 , with statistical difference(P<0.05), there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05); T2 and T3 , the contents of IL-1βin serum of group S were lower than that of group P, and they had obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Sevoflurane can reduce the contents of IL-1βin serum, reduce inflammatory reaction, exert protective role in pulmonaryfunction.
