介绍了涉外导游和旅游文化软实力的概念和内涵,分析了涉外旅游业发展中存在的涉外导游数量少、素质不高,性别、年龄、学历、职称结构不合理等问题,探讨了涉外导游跨文化意识培养的途径,提出了发展城市旅游文化软实力的策略,并对当地涉外旅游规划提出了建设性的意见和建议。

The paper briefly introduces the definition and connotation of foreign languages tour guide and tourism culture soft power,and analyzes the problems in foreign-oriented tourism development,for example,there are fewer foreign languages tour guides than needed and they are low in quality,and the structure of their gender,age,educa-tion background and academic titles is unreasonable.It also explores the ways to promote foreign languages tour guides'cross-cultural awareness,proposes the strategies to develop tourism cultural soft power,and puts forward con-structive suggestions for local foreign-oriented tourism planning.
