目的分析比较结核分枝杆菌快速培养两种前处理方法，从而大大减少了操作过程中被污染的几率，也提高了该培养方法的准确性。方法采用的结核菌快速液体培养方法中使用的前处理方法为N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸（NALC）-NaOH法，与我院经改良后的结核菌快速液体培养方法为NaOH-生理盐水法相比较。结果使用N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸（NALC）-NaOH法进行前处理的培养阳性结果为92例。使用NaOH-生理盐水法进行前处理的培养阳性结果为90例。结论使用NaOH-生理盐水法进行前处理可以减少前处理过程中的许多环节，减少被污染，降低了实验成本。

Objective Comparison of mycobacterium tuberculosis fast develop two kinds of pretreatment method, thus greatly reducing the chance of contamination in the process of operation, and also improve the accuracy of the training methods. Methods N/med tuberculosis bacterium rapid liquid culture method used in the pretreatment method for n-acetyl - L - cysteine (NALC) - NaOH method,with our improved n/med tuberculosis bacterium rapid liquid culture method for NaOH - saline method comparison. Results Use n-acetyl - L - cysteine (NALC) - NaOH method for pretreatment of the positive results of 92 cases. Using NaOH-saline method for pretreatment of the positive results of 90 cases. Conclusion Using NaOH-saline method for pretreatment can reduce many links in the process of pretreatment, reduce the pol ution, reduce the experiment cost.
