目的：了解综合干预对机械通气患者床头抬高依从性的影响。方法：对某三甲医院综合ICU机械通气患者床头抬高进行综合干预，分析干预前后4∶00、10：00、17∶00、23∶00床头抬高依从性的变化情况。结果：综合干预前后，机械通气患者床头抬高≥30°依从性分别为70.55%、94.54%，其中4∶00、10∶00、17∶00、23∶004个时间点也分别由干预前的59.73%、84.09%、67.70%、68.95%提升至91.91%、94.76%、94.82%、96.47%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过对ICU机械通气患者床头抬高的综合干预，提高了ICU临床护士对机械通气患者床头抬高重要性的认识，进而提高了机械通气患者床头抬高的依从性。
目的：瞭解綜閤榦預對機械通氣患者床頭抬高依從性的影響。方法：對某三甲醫院綜閤ICU機械通氣患者床頭抬高進行綜閤榦預，分析榦預前後4∶00、10：00、17∶00、23∶00床頭抬高依從性的變化情況。結果：綜閤榦預前後，機械通氣患者床頭抬高≥30°依從性分彆為70.55%、94.54%，其中4∶00、10∶00、17∶00、23∶004箇時間點也分彆由榦預前的59.73%、84.09%、67.70%、68.95%提升至91.91%、94.76%、94.82%、96.47%，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：通過對ICU機械通氣患者床頭抬高的綜閤榦預，提高瞭ICU臨床護士對機械通氣患者床頭抬高重要性的認識，進而提高瞭機械通氣患者床頭抬高的依從性。
목적：료해종합간예대궤계통기환자상두태고의종성적영향。방법：대모삼갑의원종합ICU궤계통기환자상두태고진행종합간예，분석간예전후4∶00、10：00、17∶00、23∶00상두태고의종성적변화정황。결과：종합간예전후，궤계통기환자상두태고≥30°의종성분별위70.55%、94.54%，기중4∶00、10∶00、17∶00、23∶004개시간점야분별유간예전적59.73%、84.09%、67.70%、68.95%제승지91.91%、94.76%、94.82%、96.47%，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：통과대ICU궤계통기환자상두태고적종합간예，제고료ICU림상호사대궤계통기환자상두태고중요성적인식，진이제고료궤계통기환자상두태고적의종성。
Objective:To know the effect of comprehensive interventions on the compliance of rising the bed head of patients with mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.Method:The comprehensive interventions in a tertiary hospital were used to improve the compliance of rising the bed head,then the differences of the compliance of rising the bed head at 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 before and after the intervention were analyzed.Result:The compliance of rising the bed head ≥30° before and after the comprehensive intervention were respectively 70.55%,94.54%, four time points of 4∶00,10∶00,17∶00,23∶00 after intervention respectively was 59.73%,84.09%,67.70% and 68.95%, higher than before intervention of 91.91%,94.76%,94.82% and 96.47%,the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive intervention of rising the bed head in the intensive care unit can improve recognition of the importance of the nurse in the intensive care unit, then improve the compliance of rising the bed head.
