目的：统计分析本院门诊处方中口服药物不合理联用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽查本院2013年1~12月门诊口服药物处方2500张，根据药品说明书及相关文献资料，筛选出药物不合理联用处方，并进行分类、统计及分析。结果共审查出药物不合理联用处方96张，不合理联用处方类型主要有无联合用药适应证、药理作用拮抗、重复用药、药代动力学上不合理、联合用药选择不当等。结论门诊处方中口服药物联用情况存在一定的问题，药师应积极发挥对不合理处方的干预作用，以促进临床合理用药。

목적：통계분석본원문진처방중구복약물불합리련용정황，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법수궤추사본원2013년1~12월문진구복약물처방2500장，근거약품설명서급상관문헌자료，사선출약물불합리련용처방，병진행분류、통계급분석。결과공심사출약물불합리련용처방96장，불합리련용처방류형주요유무연합용약괄응증、약리작용길항、중복용약、약대동역학상불합리、연합용약선택불당등。결론문진처방중구복약물련용정황존재일정적문제，약사응적겁발휘대불합리처방적간예작용，이촉진림상합리용약。
Objective To statistically analyze the situation of irrational prescriptions of oral drugs in outpatient department of our hospital, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 2500 prescriptions from January~December 2013 were randomly selected in outpatient department. Irrational combined use prescriptions were selected according to medicine specification and related document literature, and they were classified for summarization and analyze. Results There were totally 96 irrational prescriptions in this screening, and they mainly included prescriptions without combination indication, pharmacological action antagonism, repeated use, irrational pharmacokinetics, and improper combined choice. Conclusion There are some problems in combined use of oral drugs in outpatient prescriptions. Therefore pharmacists should play their role in intervention of irrational use of prescriptions, in order to promote clinical rational drug use.
