目的研究臭氧液治疗69例阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月~9月诊治的阴道炎患者69例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组35例患者进行臭氧液治疗，对照组34例患者进行常规药物治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.14%，对照组患者的总有效率为91.18%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于阴道炎患者而言，采用臭氧液治疗不仅可以缩短疗程，提高治愈率，而且无明显后遗症出现，能够避免由药物治疗出现的耐药性，治疗效果较为显著，值得临床推广使用。
목적연구취양액치료69례음도염적림상료효。방법선취아원2014년1월~9월진치적음도염환자69례，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조35례환자진행취양액치료，대조조34례환자진행상규약물치료，대비관찰량조환자적림상치료효과。결과관찰조환자적총유효솔위97.14%，대조조환자적총유효솔위91.18%，관찰조명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대우음도염환자이언，채용취양액치료불부가이축단료정，제고치유솔，이차무명현후유증출현，능구피면유약물치료출현적내약성，치료효과교위현저，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To study the clinical curative ef ect of 69 cases of vaginitis with ozone liquid.Methods 69 cases were selected in our hospital in 2014 January~2014 year in September in the diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis were randomly divided them into observation group and control group,the observation group of 35 cases patients with ozone liquid,on 34 patients in the control group treated with routine drug comparative observation of clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups of patients.Results The patients in the observation group the total ef iciency is 97.14%,patients in the control group the total ef iciency is 91.18%,the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion For the patients with vaginitis with ozone liquid treatment,not only can shorten the course of treatment,improve the cure rate,and no obvious complications,can avoid drug resistance by drug treatment appeared,the treatment ef ect is significant,worthy of clinical use.
