目的：探讨流体悬浮床治疗在大面积烧伤救治中的临床应用效果。方法搜集2012年1月至2013年12月期间56例大面积烧伤患者，随机分为两组，即实验组与对照组，每组28例。两组除均接受常规护理之余，对照组接受普通翻身床辅助治疗，实验组应用流体悬浮床辅助治疗，并观察两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗成功率为96．3％，明显高于对照组的80．0％。与对照组相比，实验组患者创面干痂和愈合时间更短，感染期体温更低，休克期尿量及补液量更多，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论在大面积烧伤病例救治过程中，在常规护理基础上应用流体悬浮床辅助治疗可收到满意的治疗效果。
목적：탐토류체현부상치료재대면적소상구치중적림상응용효과。방법수집2012년1월지2013년12월기간56례대면적소상환자，수궤분위량조，즉실험조여대조조，매조28례。량조제균접수상규호리지여，대조조접수보통번신상보조치료，실험조응용류체현부상보조치료，병관찰량조림상치료효과。결과실험조환자치료성공솔위96．3％，명현고우대조조적80．0％。여대조조상비，실험조환자창면간가화유합시간경단，감염기체온경저，휴극기뇨량급보액량경다，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론재대면적소상병례구치과정중，재상규호리기출상응용류체현부상보조치료가수도만의적치료효과。
Objective We were to investigate the clinic effects of air-fluidized bed in the treatment of large-area burns patients.Methods From January 2012 to December 2013, 56 cases of large-area burns patients were enrolled in this study and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in both groups received routine care, except that patients in the control group received adjuvant therapy by using common stand up bed,patients in experimental group received adjuvant therapy with air-fluidized bed.Treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment success rate of experimental group was 96.3%, whereas the control group was 80.0%.Compared with the control group, dry scab and wound healing time of experimental group were shorter, body temperature during infection was lower and had more urine and fluid volume during the shock (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of air-fluidized bed assisted therapy can obtain satisfactory effect based on the routine care.
