建立金银花及连花清瘟系列药物山银花鉴别方法和对照图谱。采用薄层色谱法对金银花及连花清瘟系列药物中的山银花进行鉴别,并对影响色谱分离效果的主要因素(吸附剂、展距等)进行优化。默克板在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,无相同颜色的斑点。预制板、默克板分离效果较好,且专属性强。通过上述实验条件的选择,采用预制板、默克板上行展开17~18 cm,结果的重复性较好,且专属性强,此方法为市场抽检有可能误判连花清瘟系列药物中含山银花提供了参考方法。

To establish lonicerae flos identification methods and reference chromatography in honeysuckle and Lianhua Qingwen series drugs. Thin-layer chromatography was applied for identification of lonicerae flos in honeysuckle and Lianhua Qingwen series drugs. Optimization was made for the main influence factors (adsorbent, distance) on chromatographic separation effect. There is no spot of the same color with reference substance on corresponding position on Merck plate. Prefabricated plate and Merck plate have good separating effect and strong specificity. Prefabricated plate and Merck plate with 17~18 cm ascending development under mentioned experimental conditions provide good repeatability and specificity. This method provides reference for lonicerae flos identification in Lianhua Qingwen series drugs.
