目的：观察药学干预抗菌药物合理应用的临床效果，为促进临床抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考。方法抽取我院使用抗菌药物处方1920份，分为2012年未实施药学干预的对照组（960例）和2013年实施药学干预的观察组（960例），比较两组的抗菌药物使用情况。结果观察组抗菌药物6项抗菌药物不合理使用中单项不合理用药率及≥2项不合理用药率，抗菌药物联合用药率、平均用药疗程、平均费用均明显低于对照组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01）。结论药学干预可促进抗菌药物合理应用，值得临床研究利用。
목적：관찰약학간예항균약물합리응용적림상효과，위촉진림상항균약물적합리응용제공삼고。방법추취아원사용항균약물처방1920빈，분위2012년미실시약학간예적대조조（960례）화2013년실시약학간예적관찰조（960례），비교량조적항균약물사용정황。결과관찰조항균약물6항항균약물불합리사용중단항불합리용약솔급≥2항불합리용약솔，항균약물연합용약솔、평균용약료정、평균비용균명현저우대조조（P＜0．05혹P＜0．01）。결론약학간예가촉진항균약물합리응용，치득림상연구이용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the rational use of pharmaceutical intervention of antibacterial agents and to provide reference to the rational use of clinical antibacterial agents.Methods Spot 1920 antibacterial drug prescriptions in the hospital, and divided them into two groups:the control group without pharmaceutical intervention in 2012 (960 cases) and the observation group with pharmaceutical intervention in 2013 ( 960 cases ) .Compared the antibacterial agent use situation of both groups.Results The individual irrational drug use rate among the 6 items of antibacterial agents in the observation group ≥2 items of irrational drug use rate, and its combined drug use rate, average drug use process and average cost of the antibacterial agents were all significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05,or P <0.01).Conclusions Pharmaceutical intervention can promote the rational use of antibacterial agents, which is worth clinical study and application.
