目的：了解江西省居民健康素养水平，为该省健康教育和健康促进策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段 PPS 抽样方法，随机抽取11个县区3289名15岁～69岁常住人口进行问卷调查。结果经标准化后，江西省居民健康素养水平为7．6％，男性素养水平为7．3％，女性为7．9％；城市居民为9．5％，农村居民素养水平为5．9％；在健康素养的3个维度中，居民基本知识和理念素养水平为13．5％；健康生活方式与行为素养水平为11．6％；基本技能素养水平为8．0％；6类健康问题素养具备水平分别为：科学健康观31．5％、传染病防治素养12．2％、慢性病防治素养9．7％、安全与急救素养29．3％、基本医疗素养4．8％、健康信息素养11．0％。结论江西省居民健康素养水平较低，需要针对健康素养中较薄弱的环节制订有效措施，提高全省居民健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate health literacy status in Jiangxi Province,in order to offer scientific refer-ence for making residents’health education and health promotion strategy in Jiangxi.Methods Multistage PPS sampling method was adopted in the surveillance,3289 residents aged 15 -69 years from 11 counties were investigated.Results The overall level of standardized health literacy among the Jiangxi residents in 2012 was 7.6%,with the 7.3% in male and 7.9% in female while 9.5% among the urban residents and 5.9% among the rural residents.The standardized rates in the 3 health literacy related aspects,basic health concept and knowledge were 13.5%,healthy lifestyle and behaviors were 11.6%,health related skills were 8.0%.The rates of 6 health issues as safety and first aid,scientific attitude towards health,infectious diseases prevention,health information literacy,basic medical care,and chronic diseases prevention a-mong the whole Jiangxi residents were 31.5%,12.2%,9.7%,29.3%,4.8%,and 11.0%.Conclusion It showed that overall health literacy level of the residents was still low in Jiangxi.Focusing on the weakest links of health literacy,tar-geted dissemination strategy should be made,in order to improve the level of all residents’health literacy all over the whole province.
