目的:了解湖北省二级医院护士的核心能力水平,为护理管理者制订相应的培训计划提供依据。方法随机选取湖北省7所二级医院680名护士作为调查对象,采用修订版注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN )进行问卷调查。结果护士的核心能力总分为(148.66±33.36),总均分为(2.75±0.61);各维度均分最高为法律及伦理实践能力(2.90±0.64),得分最低为批判性思维及科研能力(2.56±0.65);护士的核心能力水平受到护龄、职称及职务影响。结论湖北省二级医院护士的核心能力总体处于中等偏下水平,护理管理者应为护士创造更多继续教育的机会,并加强对护士的岗位培训,尤其是对低年资、低职称护士的针对性培训。

목적:료해호북성이급의원호사적핵심능력수평,위호리관리자제정상응적배훈계화제공의거。방법수궤선취호북성7소이급의원680명호사작위조사대상,채용수정판주책호사핵심능역량표(CIRN )진행문권조사。결과호사적핵심능력총분위(148.66±33.36),총균분위(2.75±0.61);각유도균분최고위법률급윤리실천능력(2.90±0.64),득분최저위비판성사유급과연능력(2.56±0.65);호사적핵심능력수평수도호령、직칭급직무영향。결론호북성이급의원호사적핵심능력총체처우중등편하수평,호리관리자응위호사창조경다계속교육적궤회,병가강대호사적강위배훈,우기시대저년자、저직칭호사적침대성배훈。
Objective To investigate the level of nursing core competency in second‐class hospital in Hubei province . and to provide a reference for nursing managers .Method A total of 680 registered nurses were investigated with"China Reg‐istered Nurse Core Competence Scale"(CIRN) .Results The total score of core competence of clinical registered nurses was (148 .66 ± 33 .36) ,the mean score of the nursing core competency was (2 .75 ± 0 .61) .the highest mean score was the dimen‐sion of legal and ethical practice(2 .90 ± 0 .64) ,the lowest mean score was the dimension of critical thinking and research ap‐titude(2 .56 ± 0 .65) .The nurses'core competency was influenced by working experience、professional title and position . Conclusion The nursing core competence in second‐class hospital in Hubei province was in the lower middle level .Managers should create more opportunities for continuing education and enhance the training ,especially for the younger nurses .
