新生血管性青光眼是糖尿病视网膜病变的严重并发症,具有很高的致盲性,主要与眼部组织缺血缺氧有关,表现为虹膜新生血管、前房角关闭、眼胀痛、视力下降、眼压升高等,最终导致视功能受损.目前,对于糖尿病视网膜病变伴发的新生血管性青光眼,临床上采用视网膜激光光凝、冷凝、引流阀植入及联合玻璃体切除手术等治疗,药物治疗也受到广泛关注,许多血管内皮生长因子阻断或抑制药物已显示出良好的应用前景.本文对近年来糖尿病视网膜病变性新生血管性青光眼的预防及治疗进展加以综述.

Neovascular glaucoma is one of the most serious complications of diabetic retinopathy with devastating visual outcome.Tissue hypoxic-ischenic injury leading to neovascularization is the main pathological mechanism.It is characterized by iris neovascularization,closed anterior chamber angle,and extremely high intraocular pressure with severe ocular pain and poor vision,leading to visual function damage finally.At present,retinal laser photocoagulation,condensation,glaucoma valve and vitrectomy combined with other surgeries are feasible for treatment of neovascular glaucoma associated with diabetic retinopathy.Medicine is also highlighted in current research.Many vascular endothelial growth factor blocking or inhibiting agents have shown a good prospect of clinical application recently.The authors made this review on the prevention and treatment progression of neovascular glaucoma associated with diabetic retinopathy upon recent papers.
