目的：评价全身磁共振弥散加权背景抑制成像( DWI-MR ，MR类PET )在健康查体中的临床价值。方法既往无肿瘤病史的健康查体人群中112例体检高度疑似肿瘤患者，行全身MR弥散加权背景抑制成像扫描，对获得数据进行多角度重组，采用 Functool软件处理，获得多方位的重组图像获得类似PET的图像。结果共发现69例DWI呈高信号，ADC上呈低信号。病灶ADC 值均较正常区域降低。其中肝癌6例，肺癌9例，前列腺癌3例，肾癌5例，宫颈癌2例，胃肠道癌5例，鼻咽癌1例，淋巴瘤1例，淋巴结转移5例，椎体转移瘤3例，子宫肌瘤7例，肝血管瘤3例，肝脏囊肿4例，肾脏囊肿8例，胰腺囊肿3例，椎体血管瘤4例。结论 DWI-MR技术具有较高的敏感性和特异性，非常适合对正常人群尤其是肿瘤高危人群进行初步筛查。

Objective T o evaluate the clinical value of diffusion-w eighted M R (m agnetic resonance)im aging (D W I-M R )w ith background suppression in physical exam ination .Methods 112 cases in physical exam ination w ithout tum or history but w ith highly suspected cancer underw ent D W I-M R health exam ination and the data w ere m ulti-dim en-sionally recom bined.Functool softw are w as adopted to obtain m ultidirectional recom bined im ages and PET-like im ages. Results D W I of 69 cases show ed hyperintense,and A D C show ed hypointense.A D C value of lesion regions w ere low-er than norm al regions.T here w ere 6 cases of liver cancer,9 cases of lung cancer,3 cases of prostate cancer,5 cases of renal cell carcinom a,2 cases of cervical cancer,5 cases of gastrointestinal cancer,1 case of nasopharyngeal carcino-m a,1case of lym phom a,5 cases of lym phatic m etastasis,3 cases of vertebral m etastases,7 cases of uterine fibroids,3 cases of hepatic hem angiom a,4 cases of liver cyst,8 cases of renal cysts,3 cases of pancreatic cyst,and 4 cases of vertebral hem angiom a.Conclusion D W I-M R has high sensitivity and specificity for health exam ination,w hich is espe-cially suitable for norm al people w ith high risk of tum or in the prelim inary screening .
