Taking the spatial pattern changes along Tianjin metro line 3 as a study object, the paper discuses the impact of the Line 3 on the residential area, land use, commercial and ecological landscape, view and layout change of alongside regions, and points out that the Line 3 operation plays an active role on the layout change along the line area and is a drive to Tianjin's comprehensive development.
