目的：探讨OSAHS患者及健康人的P－选择素及血液流变学及相关炎性因子的变化。方法对我科2010年至2013年经检查诊断为OSAHS 的500例患者进行分组，其中轻度患者为180例，中度为200例，重度为120例；健康对照组为60例，对上述所有研究的患者及健康人进行P－选择素及血液流变学及C反应蛋白（CRP）的检测。结果与健康组相比，OSAHS患者轻度组在P－选择素及CRP无明显差异，中度组及重度组均有差异；OSAHS患者血液流变学指标高于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论 OSAHS严重程度和P－选择素及血液流变学及CRP均密切相关。
목적：탐토OSAHS환자급건강인적P－선택소급혈액류변학급상관염성인자적변화。방법대아과2010년지2013년경검사진단위OSAHS 적500례환자진행분조，기중경도환자위180례，중도위200례 ，중도위120례；건강대조조위60례，대상술소유연구적환자급건강인진행P－선택소급혈액류변학급C반응단백（CRP）적검측。결과여건강조상비，OSAHS환자경도조재P－선택소급CRP무명현차이，중도조급중도조균유차이；OSAHS환자혈액류변학지표고우대조조（ P＜0．01）。결론 OSAHS엄중정도화P－선택소급혈액류변학급CRP균밀절상관。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the molecular markers P -selectin and blood rheology parameters of OSAHS patients in different state and healtjy peoplehealthy peoplehealthy peoplehealthy people .Methods To compare the serum concentrations of P -selectin ,blood rheology parameters ,C-reaction protein(CRP) .in all patients there are 1 8 0 mild OSAHS patients (mild group) and 2 0 0 moderate OSAHS pa-tients (moderate group) and 120 severe OSAHS patients(severe group) and 60 normal people(normal group) . All 500 patients are diagnosed with OSAHS in the Affiliated Hospital of IMMU .Result There were no statis-tical difference between the normal group and mild group in the levels of P -selectin and CRP ,but there were significant difference between the normal group and moderate and severe group .The levels of blood rheology pa-rameters in OSAHS patients were higher than those in normal group ( P<0 .0 1 ) .Conclusion There is close re-lationship between the severity of OSAHS P -selectin ,blood rheology parameters ,C-reaction protein(CRP) .
