创新人才培养模式，有助于深化教育教学改革，使高校人才培养与企业人才需求对接。针对艺术类专业人才培养过程中存在的问题，提出工作室制人才培养模式。确立工作室制人才培养目标，构建工作室制课程体系，提出培育双结构型教师团队的模式，进行工作室实践教学环境建设，构建教学质量监控体系，建立工作室制人才培养的运行模式和管理模式。工作室制人才培养模式能有效地解决艺术类专业人才培养存在的问题，能有效地促进艺术类专业教育教学改革。

Innovating personnel training mode helps to deepen the reform of the education teaching ,make the college talent training to meet with enterprise demand docking .Aiming at the existing problems of the art specialty talent training ,the studio system talent training mode is innovated .The talents training goal and curriculum system of studio system are proposed .The mode of cultivating double structural teachers , the construction of studio practice teaching environment ,the teaching quality monitoring system ,and the operation mode and management mode of talent training based on studio system are listed . T he studio system talent training mode can effectively solve the problems existing in the art specialty talent training , which is an effective way in the teaching reform .
