目的：探讨超早期康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能及日常生活能力（ADL ）的治疗效果。方法入选2012年1月至2013年1月我院神经内科收治的急性脑卒中偏瘫患者164例，随机分为康复组（82例）和对照组（82例）。两组患者均常规药物治疗的同时，康复组超早期进行一对一康复训练，对照组未接受康复治疗，两组分别在病情稳定48 h后和治疗4周采用Fug I －M eyer评定法对运动功能评分，用Barthel指数评分对日常生活能力评定。结果康复组的Fugl－Meye评分、Barthel指数评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0．0001）。结论常规药物治疗加超早期康复训练对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复有良好的促进作用。
목적：탐토초조기강복훈련대뇌졸중편탄환자지체운동공능급일상생활능력（ADL ）적치료효과。방법입선2012년1월지2013년1월아원신경내과수치적급성뇌졸중편탄환자164례，수궤분위강복조（82례）화대조조（82례）。량조환자균상규약물치료적동시，강복조초조기진행일대일강복훈련，대조조미접수강복치료，량조분별재병정은정48 h후화치료4주채용Fug I －M eyer평정법대운동공능평분，용Barthel지수평분대일상생활능력평정。결과강복조적Fugl－Meye평분、Barthel지수평분균현저고우대조조（P＜0．0001）。결론상규약물치료가초조기강복훈련대급성뇌졸중편탄환자공능회복유량호적촉진작용。
Objective Explore the ultra -early rehabilitation training on stroke patients treatment limb motor function and activities of daily living .Methed Elected in January 2 0 1 2 January 2 0 1 3 acute stroke patients admitted to our hospital neurology 1 6 4 cases were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (8 2 cases) and con-trol group (8 2 cases) .While patients were conventional drug treatment ,rehabilitation group ultra -early reha-bilitation training one on one in the control group did not receive rehabilitation treatment ,both groups were in stable condition 4 8 hours after four weeks of treatment and evaluation method using FugI -Meyer motor func-tion score by Barthel index score of daily living .Result Rehabilitation group Fugl -Meye score ,Barthel index scores were significantly higher ( P<0 .0 0 0 1 ) .Conclusion Conventional drug therapy plus ultra of early reha-bilitation training on functional recovery in acute stroke patients have a good role in promoting .
