目的：探索空气波压力治疗仪配合曲张突起静脉抽血治疗静脉曲张的疗效。方法治疗对象选择静脉曲张轻而局限者，深浅静脉瓣膜功能良好者52例，应用空气波压力治疗仪曲张突起静脉抽血3～8 mL。结果52例患者中47例3个月电话随访，其中44例症状、体征明显改善，无酸胀及痛感。3例改善不明显，5例失访，平均访问6～12个月未见复发。结论两种治疗方法操作简便经济，无创，无皮肤血管内膜损伤，疗效好，无并发症发生，随治随走。
목적：탐색공기파압력치료의배합곡장돌기정맥추혈치료정맥곡장적료효。방법치료대상선택정맥곡장경이국한자，심천정맥판막공능량호자52례，응용공기파압력치료의곡장돌기정맥추혈3～8 mL。결과52례환자중47례3개월전화수방，기중44례증상、체정명현개선，무산창급통감。3례개선불명현，5례실방，평균방문6～12개월미견복발。결론량충치료방법조작간편경제，무창，무피부혈관내막손상，료효호，무병발증발생，수치수주。
Objective To explore the effect of air w ave pressure therapeutic equipm ent com bined w ith intravenous blood collection in the treatm ent of varicose veins.Methods 52 objects w ith light and local varicosity and sufficient deep venous valve w ere selected and given intravenous blood collection of 3~8 m L by air w ave pressure therapeutic equipm ent.Results A m ong 47 out of the 52 sufferers,w ith telephone follow-up after 3 m onths,sym ptom s and signs of 44 cases w ere clearly im proved w ithout sw elling pain;3 cases had no obvious im provem ent;5 cases w ere lost to follow-up ,and there w as no recurrence w ithin the average access of 6~12 m onths.Conclusion T w o kinds of treat-m ent m ethods of operation are easy and sim ple to handle and econom ic,non-invasive,w ithout injury to the skin tunica intim a vasorum ,w ith good curative effect but no com plications,and the sufferers can com e and leave freely.
