目的：观察进口肺泡表面活性物质（固尔苏）联合双水平正压通气（DuoPAP ）预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（N RDS ）的效果。方法将34例胎龄为28～32周的早产儿，其中治疗组18例在常规治疗的基础上，于2 h内经气管插管滴入固尔苏后拔管，联合DuoPAP辅助呼吸，对照组则在常规治疗的基础上根据血气分析给予相应的氧疗方式。结果应用固尔苏联合DuoPAP预防NRDS ，可明显改善血气指标及氧合情况，减少。结论早期气管内注入固尔苏联合DuoPAP预防RDS疗效确切，可有效减少RDS发生率，减轻RD S症状及减少机械通气的应用，降低死亡率，改善早产儿的预后。
목적：관찰진구폐포표면활성물질（고이소）연합쌍수평정압통기（DuoPAP ）예방조산인호흡군박종합정（N RDS ）적효과。방법장34례태령위28～32주적조산인，기중치료조18례재상규치료적기출상，우2 h내경기관삽관적입고이소후발관，연합DuoPAP보조호흡，대조조칙재상규치료적기출상근거혈기분석급여상응적양료방식。결과응용고이소연합DuoPAP예방NRDS ，가명현개선혈기지표급양합정황，감소。결론조기기관내주입고이소연합DuoPAP예방RDS료효학절，가유효감소RDS발생솔，감경RD S증상급감소궤계통기적응용，강저사망솔，개선조산인적예후。
Objective To observe the import alveolar surface active substance joint double level positive pressure ventilation (DuoPAP) to prevent premature infant respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) .Method 3 4 cases of gestational age is 2 8 to 3 2 weeks premature ,including 1 8 cases in treatment group on the basis of con-ventional treatment ,in 2 hours after endotracheal intubation drip into the firm Sue extubation ,joint DuoPAP auxiliary breath ,while the control group on the basis of conventional treatment based on blood gas analysis give corresponding oxygen cure way .Results Application of combined DuoPAP prevention NRDS firm Sue ,can sig-nificantly improve the blood gas index and oxygenation ,reduced . Conclusion Early endotracheal injection firm Sue joint DuoPAP curative effect is the prevention of RDS ,can effectively reduce the incidence of RDS ,re-lieve RDS symptoms and reduce the application of mechanical ventilation , reduce mortality and improve the prognosis of premature infants .
