优选橘红痰咳颗粒水提取最佳工艺。采用正交设计L9(34),以HPLC法测定提取物中柚皮苷的含量,并进行方差分析。优选橘红痰咳颗粒水提取最佳工艺参数为A1B3C2D1,即加水量为10倍,提取次数为2次,提取时间为每次1 h,浸泡时间为60 min。验证实验显示,优选的提取工艺参数合理有据,可推广应用于橘红痰咳颗粒的提取工艺。

Objective: To optimize the extract technology of Juhong tanke granuces. Methods: An orthogonal design was applied. The extractive rate of naringinin determined by HPLC was used as the marker of detection. Results: The optimum technology of Juhong Tanke granuces was A1B3C2D1, that is, the medicinal materials was soaked for 60 min with10 folds amount of water and boiled two times, 2 hours for each time for the first time. For the second time the medicinal materials was 8 folds amount of water, 1 hours each time. Conclusion: This method can be used for the extract technology of Juhong tanke granuces.
