通过对成渝铁路客运专线黄帝山2号双线特大桥及路基地段C RT S-1双块式无砟轨道道床板混凝土裂缝进行的观察、分析、研究,总结了C RT S-1无砟轨道道床板混凝土裂缝原因及形式,并针对不同形式的裂缝采取了有针对性的控制措施,后续施工的实践表明,道床板混凝土裂缝得到了有效控制。

Through observation, analysis, study on the cracks on Huangdishan super long bridge No. 2 on the Chengdu-Chongqing railway passenger dedicated line of double track and on the concrete cracks of CRTS-1 double block ballastless track bed slab in embankment sections, the paper summarizes CRTS-1 ballastless track bed slab concrete crack causes and patterns. Aiming at the different cracks, and the control measures are taken. The practice shows that in the subsequent construction, cracks in concrete slab have been effectively controlled.
