随着我国学前教育事业的快速发展,高职院校学前教育专业与幼儿园的合作也越来越密切,但囿于职业教育理念的影响,高职院校学前教育专业一直未能得到有区别的对待,导致了学前教育专业人才培养的功利化与技术化,与教师专业化的要求不相一致。建立高职院校与幼儿园的“伙伴合作”关系是解决高职院校学前教育专业人培养质量问题的重要策略。
隨著我國學前教育事業的快速髮展,高職院校學前教育專業與幼兒園的閤作也越來越密切,但囿于職業教育理唸的影響,高職院校學前教育專業一直未能得到有區彆的對待,導緻瞭學前教育專業人纔培養的功利化與技術化,與教師專業化的要求不相一緻。建立高職院校與幼兒園的“夥伴閤作”關繫是解決高職院校學前教育專業人培養質量問題的重要策略。

With the rapid development of preschool education in our country, the cooperation between preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges and kindergartens has become increasingly close, but because of the influence of the vocational education idea, preschool education major in higher vocational colleges has not been differentiated, leading to the utilitarian and technical tendency of preschool education. It is not consistent with teacher professional requirements. The establishment of partnership between vocational colleges and kindergartens is an important strategy to solve the problems in preschool education talents cultivating quality.
