目的:探讨成人骨性Ⅱ类错患者是否适合通过内收上前牙掩饰治疗。方法2012-01~2013-09从沈阳市口腔医院预防科筛查出正常成人61例,同时从沈阳市口腔医院正畸科求治的成人病例中选取诊断为骨性Ⅱ类错畸形的患者61例,选取左上中切牙进行测量分析。以正常成人组为对照组,运用锥形束 CT( cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)比较评估成人骨性Ⅱ类错上中切牙根尖区唇腭侧的牙槽骨厚度与个别正常成人上中切牙根尖区唇腭侧的牙槽骨厚度是否一致。使用 SPSS16.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果成人骨性Ⅱ类错组患者上颌前牙根尖区唇侧牙槽骨厚度(P>0.05)、腭侧牙槽骨厚度(P>0.05)与正常成人上颌前牙根尖区唇腭侧牙槽骨厚度无统计学差异。结论骨性Ⅱ类错成人与正常成人唇腭侧牙槽骨厚度相似,提示成人骨性Ⅱ类错允许通过内收上前牙掩饰治疗。

목적:탐토성인골성Ⅱ류착환자시부괄합통과내수상전아엄식치료。방법2012-01~2013-09종침양시구강의원예방과사사출정상성인61례,동시종침양시구강의원정기과구치적성인병례중선취진단위골성Ⅱ류착기형적환자61례,선취좌상중절아진행측량분석。이정상성인조위대조조,운용추형속 CT( cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)비교평고성인골성Ⅱ류착상중절아근첨구진악측적아조골후도여개별정상성인상중절아근첨구진악측적아조골후도시부일치。사용 SPSS16.0연건포대수거진행통계학처리。결과성인골성Ⅱ류착조환자상합전아근첨구진측아조골후도(P>0.05)、악측아조골후도(P>0.05)여정상성인상합전아근첨구진악측아조골후도무통계학차이。결론골성Ⅱ류착성인여정상성인진악측아조골후도상사,제시성인골성Ⅱ류착윤허통과내수상전아엄식치료。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of camouflaged treatment by adduction of upper anterior tooth in patients with adult skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods From January 2012 to September 2013,61 normal occlusion adult subjects were screened from Preventive Dentistry of Stomotology Hospital of Shenyang and 61 patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion( classⅡgroup) were selected in Orthodontic Department of Stomotology Hospital of Shenyang. Maxillary left central incisor of each subject was chosen for measurement. The cone-beam computed tomography was used to measure the thickness of the labial(L1),palatal(L2)alveolar bone. The results were compared between adult skeletal class Ⅱ patients and normal controls. Data were processed with SPSS16. 0 software package. Results The thickness of labial,palatal alveolar bone in patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion was similar to those of the normal controls(P>0. 05). Conclusion Skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion patients exhibits similar labial and palatal alveolar bone thickness with individual normal occlusion controls, which suggests that it is feasible for adult patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclu-sion to perform camouflaged treatment by adduction of upper anterior tooth.
