目的：探讨COXⅣ基因在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法运用免疫组化检测COXⅣ在339例结直肠癌样品中的表达,分析其与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、位置、数量、TNM分期、癌胚抗原等指标的临床意义。结果免疫组化显示,COX Ⅳ在结肠癌组织中表达显著增加(P<0.001)。 COX Ⅳ的表达与患者性别相关(P=0.017),与年龄、肿瘤大小、位置、数量、TNM分期、癌胚抗原等临床参数之间没有显著性关联。结论 COX Ⅳ表达与CRC患者性别相关,COX Ⅳ过表达可能在结肠癌的发生中起重要作用,值得进一步研究。
목적：탐토COXⅣ기인재결직장암환자중적표체급기여림상병리삼수적상관성。방법운용면역조화검측COXⅣ재339례결직장암양품중적표체,분석기여성별、년령、종류대소、위치、수량、TNM분기、암배항원등지표적림상의의。결과면역조화현시,COX Ⅳ재결장암조직중표체현저증가(P<0.001)。 COX Ⅳ적표체여환자성별상관(P=0.017),여년령、종류대소、위치、수량、TNM분기、암배항원등림상삼수지간몰유현저성관련。결론 COX Ⅳ표체여CRC환자성별상관,COX Ⅳ과표체가능재결장암적발생중기중요작용,치득진일보연구。
Objective To detect the expression of COXⅣin human colorectal carcinoma( CRC) by immunohistochemical techniques, and to analyze its correlation with clinical characteristics of human colorectal carcinoma. Methods COX Ⅳ expression was deter-mined in 339 samples of CRC surgical tissues by immunohistochemistry,and its relation with clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results Immunohistochemistry showed that COXⅣexpressed in colon cancer tissue increased significantly(P<0. 001). Chi-square test results showed that the expression of COX Ⅳ was correlated with the gender(P=0. 017),but not with age,tumor size, location, quantity,TNM staging, and carcinoembryonic antigen. Conclusion COX Ⅳ expression is associated with gender in CRC patients. COX Ⅳ overexpression may play an important role in the development of colon cancer.
