大疱性类天疱疮（ BP )是一种最常见的自身免疫性表皮下大疱病。 BP自身抗体、肥大细胞、辅助性T细胞及细胞因子等多种因素均参与BP的发病。此外，本文对银屑病、获得性血友病和中枢神经系统疾病合并BP的相关机制进行了阐述。

Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is the most common autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease. Au-toantibodies against BP antigens, mast cells, helper T cells, and many cytokines are involved in the patho-genesis of bullous pemphigoid. There were some literatures about psoriasis, acquired hemophilia and central nervous system diseases accompanied with BP and the mechanisms between BP and those diseases were in-troduced.
